Terry Ingham is a performance coach with nearly 30 years experience to draw up on, gaining his first coaching qualification back in 1977 as a Judo Coach and going on to work with some of the top Olympic and International judo competitors in the world.

Now a qualified performance coach, he applies his vast experience in the pursuit of superior individual and team based performance in a business and personal context and is a firm believer in the notion that a company’s greatest asset is its people and is personally dedicated to assisting his clients to realise and release their true people potential through positive pro-active change(s) in behaviour leading them to superior performance.

Terry is totally convinced that by harnessing the many techniques and strategies he has learnt in coaching sport along with the ‘excellence modeling’ tools he has acquired through his NLP Master Practitioner training with Richard Bandler & Paul McKenna, that he has developed a truly powerful performance coaching programme that you can benefit from immediately and that programme is now available exclusively to you through Positive Impact Coaching.

Jan Rilatt

Life Coach & Personal Development Facilitator

Jan is a Life Coach and Personal Development trainer who is passionate about helping people raise their levels of self esteem and confidence and encouraging them to be 'more than they think they are'  Able to communicate with people at all levels, she aims to help people raise their aspirations and tap into their potential through both delivering her training courses and life coaching on a 1-1 or group basis.  

Working in the Voluntary and Community Sector for 10 years, Jan realized from working with clients that there is a real need for this type of training.   Her skills and experience in engaging vulnerable people and helping them into '1 st rung learning' and then into employment led her recognise how little self esteem and confidence many people have.   To further her knowledge she went on to qualify as a Life Coach and then set up her own business, to address this topic as well as becoming an Associate with PIC Ltd.

Jan has worked with a variety of organizations, from Voluntary and Community groups such as MIND and YMCA as well as Private Companies such as Fostering Outcomes.   She has also worked extensively with North East and North Lincs Councils.  

As well as the courses she has developed for CLL she has also helped to write training packages for the Voluntary Sector such as Peer Mentoring for Schools and volunteer training for the local Rape Crisis centre for which she gained accreditation through the Open College Network.  

Jan is passionately committed to empowering and supporting people to become more of who they want to be and to fully realise the potential within them .to achieve their personal goals and dreams.

Jan is a performance development consultant, professional coach and coach supervisor with many years successful experience of enabling personal growth and performance improvement through a passionate focus on the individual in an organisational context.

She combines many years experience of working with groups and individuals from a range of backgrounds and cultures with first hand experience of corporate change.   Jan's personal style and values are rooted in a collaborative approach to developing high performance cultures and maximising personal and organisational potential.  

With many years experience of senior level individual and organisational development, both in the UK and overseas, Jan brings a valuable perspective into her work with individuals and organisations. As a consultant Jan believes in working flexibly and collaboratively in an environment of trust, challenge and support.   As a coach Jan helps people to view their personal and professional issues in a new light and to develop sustainable strategies for their own performance improvement.

In a voluntary capacity Jan is also a mentor for the CIPD and Assessor for the Association for Coaching.
